Removes a contact.

Permission
The key must be granted contacts.write
A key without it gets 403 insufficient_scope, with the missing permission named in details.
Removes the contact from its address book. The book itself is untouched.

Worth knowing
Removes the contact from its address book. The book is untouched, and there is no trash to restore it from.
