Revoke file access
Removes someone's access to a file.

Permission
The key must be granted files.share
A key without it gets 403 insufficient_scope, with the missing permission named in details.

Worth knowing
Takes the permission id from the listing, not the person's id: one person can hold access through more than one grant.
