Download an attachment
Streams one attachment. Subject to the documented proxy size cap.

/v1/messages/:id/attachments/:part
Permission
The key must be granted mail.messages.read
A key without it gets 403 insufficient_scope, with the missing permission named in details.
Returns the file itself, not JSON, with the attachment's own content type. Always served as a download rather than inline, so HTML someone was emailed cannot render on this origin.
